Blue Donkey Kong Jr. is an unoriginal blue recolor of Donkey Kong Jr. (or Pink Donkey Kong Jr., depending on the perspective) used as the mascot of Fanonpedia. Blue Donkey Kong Jr. originated as a random thought that somehow beamed itself into Bawitdaba's mind when he was trying to think of a mascot to create around the time he came up with the idea of Fanonpedia.
