The Clam Authority is a sinister villain that watched and waited for many years, with eyes everywhere. It seemed to enjoy hiding itself away. Eventually, it caused the apocalypse, raining down fire and blood and anguish at the end of the world, but was stopped by The Crusher in his powered-up, determined state, thus saving everyone.
